Are you having trouble defining your online business strategy? One of the most useful tools to define your business’ online strategy is the “See, Think, Do, Care” framework, a simple way to look at your consumer journey.
For this, it is helpful to put yourself in your customer’s shoes and answer: 1. What initiated your interest in the product? (See) 2. How did you go about doing your research? (Think) 3. What finally made you hit that ‘Buy Now’ button? (Do), and 4. Why would I care enough to purchase again or recommend you?
So what should be your goal in each stage?
👀 SEE: Drive fast recognition. You want to make sure people can easily recognize your brand in everything that you do. That’s why defining a strong brand strategy and guidelines is key.
🤔 THINK: Expand content base. You want to make sure you have all the answers they might need. That’s why you might hear a lot of marketers saying #ContentIsKing.
✔️ DO: Optimize the purchase. Make sure you have a clear and simple purchasing process. Nowadays, you can even leverage the different #ecommerce platforms to allow different ways of purchasing.
💕 CARE: Expand reach of owned media. Prioritize creating programs to capture existing customers and keep them engaged with the company.
